What to clean and protect sintered stone and ceramics with?

Short answer

For everyday cleaning, sintered stone and ceramics are washed with a neutral detergent, e.g. LANTACLEAN (Lantania), diluted according to how dirty the surface is. Sintered stone has very low water absorption, but dirt can lodge in the micropores of a polished surface.

After installation, grout and epoxy resin residues are removed by PAL7, greasy stains by TWINSPOT and organic stains by NOSTAIN. LANTAGLOSS cream refreshes the shine of polished sintered stone, granite and agglomerates.

What to avoid

  • Aggressive chemicals when not needed — a neutral detergent is enough for everyday cleaning.
  • Waxes on sintered stone — they don't penetrate the non-absorbent surface and leave streaks.
  • Abrasive products on polished surfaces.
