Privacy and cookie policy

Effective from 19 October 2026.

1. Data controller

The controller of personal data submitted through stonezone.pl is TELLINS spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością (limited liability company) based in Gdańsk, Poland, owner of the StoneZone brand (hereinafter: “StoneZone”, “we”).

For any matter concerning personal data you can contact us:

2. What data we collect and why

We only collect the data you give us yourself in the forms on this website.

With every submission we also record the address of the page it was sent from and the IP address. We use them to protect the forms against spam and abuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Providing data is voluntary, but without an email address we cannot reply or send a notification.

3. How long we keep data

4. Who we share data with

We do not sell data or pass it on to other companies for marketing. Only providers of technical services to us — the hosting company and the email provider — may have access to it, under data processing agreements. When you order a product or machine, we pass the necessary data to the manufacturer or carrier only to the extent needed to fulfil the order.

If you write to us via WhatsApp, Facebook or Instagram, your data is also processed by the operator of that service (Meta Platforms) under its terms.

5. Your rights

You have the right to:

To exercise these rights, write to info@stonezone.pl.

6. Cookies and browser storage

With your consent we use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited) to see how many people visit the site and which pages are read most. We do not use advertising or remarketing tools. We also do not use external fonts or plug-ins that would send data to other companies.

Until you click “Accept” in the cookie notice, the Google Analytics script is not loaded at all. Once you consent, Google stores the _ga and _ga_* cookies (for up to 2 years) and receives anonymous information about your visit, such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type. Data may also be processed outside the European Economic Area under the terms described by Google. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time — we then switch off measurement and delete the _ga cookies.

In your browser's storage (localStorage and sessionStorage) we keep only the information needed for the site to work:

This information (apart from the Google Analytics cookies) stays on your device and is not sent anywhere. You can delete it at any time in your browser settings — the site will keep working and may simply ask for your language again.

The links to Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp are ordinary links. These services may set their own cookies only once you click them and go to their site.

7. Changes to this policy

If we start using new tools, such as visitor statistics, we will update this policy and — where the law requires it — ask for your consent.
