WODIAM · Belgium

Less downtime, more cutting

Belgian diamond blades and CNC tools for sintered stone, ceramics, quartzite, granite, agglomerates and marble. The XP series lasts longer, so you change blades less often, and PASCAL XP and DEX XP need no dressing.

PASCAL XP blade
XP LINE

PASCAL XP

For sintered stone — also cuts other materials

For workshops that want to avoid downtime and frequent blade changes. Designed for sintered stone, but also cuts granite, quartz composites and quartzite. No dressing needed.

Material
sintered stone; also granite, quartz composites, quartzite

DEX XP blade
XP LINE

DEX XP

For quartzite

Cuts even the hardest quartzite up to 3 cm thick in a single pass, without chipping and without constant operator supervision. Needs no dressing and lasts a long time.

Material
all types of quartzite

WENDY XP blade
XP LINE

WENDY XP

For agglomerates and granite in high-volume production

A blade for large workshops that cut mainly granite and agglomerates, and sometimes ceramics too. The new version cuts faster and lasts noticeably longer than its predecessor.

Material
agglomerates, granite, ceramics

RIA XP blade
XP LINE

RIA XP

For granite — headstones and memorials

For workshops where precision and repeatability matter. Every cut is clean, and in hard granite the blade cuts faster and lasts longer than the previous version.

Material
granite, headstones and memorials

JOREN S blade

JOREN S

For granite and agglomerates

A very fast blade with low power consumption that doesn't overload the motor. It cuts granite from soft to very hard, as well as agglomerates, and leaves a clean edge.

Material
granite, agglomerates

MARMOR blade

MARMOR

For marble and limestone

Cuts very smoothly and lasts longer than typical marble blades. A wide range of sizes lets you cut slabs of any thickness.

CNC tools

Drilling, milling, polishing

Everything you need after cutting: holes for taps and sinks, edge profiles, thickness calibration and polishing.

WODIAM core drills

Thin-wall core bits

Thin-walled diamond core drills drill easily and quickly. One core drill works in many materials.

WODIAM incremental profile wheels

Incremental profile wheels

For profiling worktop edges. The segments work in stages, so resistance is lower and the profile is repeatable.

WODIAM finger bits

Finger bits

For sink and hob cut-outs, grooves and internal shapes. They leave a smooth edge.

WODIAM calibrators

Calibrators

They level the slab's thickness and flatness across the whole surface, preparing it for polishing.

WODIAM polishing sets

Polishing sets

A full set of pads from grinding to a mirror finish, for natural stone and agglomerates.

  1. You describe the problemTell us what you cut and what isn't working today: chipping, burning, short blade life or a feed rate that is too slow.
  2. We come with the bladeWe set the feed rate, speed and cooling for your material and train your operators at the same time.
  3. You decide on the resultsYou see the edge and know the number of metres. If there is no difference, you don't buy anything.
Manufacturer

A family company from Achel, Belgium

WODIAM was founded in 2005 by Jan Van Gils, who already had many years of experience working with natural stone. The name combines Wodan — the chief Germanic god — with the word "diamond". In 2013 his son Quinten joined the company, and sales expanded across Europe and later to the United States and Canada.

The company designs its blades itself and makes them in its own plant. It focuses on productivity: the same quality in less time means lower labour, electricity and water costs, and more output without new investment.
