Kitchen worktops
Undermount sinks, brackets and fittings mounted directly in the worktop. Shorter production time, less packaging, more worktops per container.
A self-locking stainless steel threaded insert pressed into a hole drilled with a standard bit. For marble, granite, engineered stone, sintered stone, ceramics, HPL and solid surface — from 7 mm slab thickness. No adhesives or resins, no curing time, full strength right after installation.
StoneZone is the exclusive distributor of ITAFIX and KLEIN FIX in Poland
KLEIN FIX is an insert with serrated crowns that locks mechanically in the hole. It needs no adhesive or chemicals, so the element can be fitted right away — in the workshop or on site — and the joint does not weaken over time.
KLEIN FIX works wherever something has to be screwed securely to a thin slab — and where installation speed, moisture resistance and appearance matter.

Undermount sinks, brackets and fittings mounted directly in the worktop. Shorter production time, less packaging, more worktops per container.

Invisible fixing with no protruding parts — washbasins, vanity tops, furniture and interior cladding installed quickly and securely.

Stone and ceramic panels fixed from the back, without adhesive. Any panel can be removed anywhere on the façade.
No special drill bits or machines are needed. The hole is drilled with a standard bit on a pillar drill, and the insert is pressed in by hand or with a setting punch.

All inserts are 12 mm in diameter. You choose the thread (M4–M8) and the version for the slab thickness. Strength values are averages from laboratory tests — a test on your material is worthwhile.

Flush with the surface · thread M4, M5, M6, M8
The most popular version: the insert sits entirely inside the slab. The more crowns, the higher the strength and the thicker the slab required.

|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| KF04/08/1N · KF05/08/1N · KF06/08/1N | M4 · M5 · M6 | 8 mm | 1 | 5.5 mm | 110 kg |

Head Ø20 mm · thread M4, M5, M6 · from 7 mm thickness
A flanged version for thinner slabs — the head spreads the load over a larger area.

Self Control — checks the hole before installation
A version with a plastic ring that checks the hole by itself: if it goes in, the hole is too large and the insert must not be fitted. Watertight — keeps water out of the hole. Fully compatible with the traditional KLEIN FIX.

Ø8 mm · M4 · from 8 mm thickness
A smaller insert for tight spots and hard-to-reach corners. MKF04/08/1N — pull-out approx. 60 kg, MKF04/08/2N — approx. 80 kg.

Complete set for undermount sink installation
C- or Z-shaped bracket, washer, wing nut and — depending on the system — a screw. For KLEIN FIX or BIG BASE.

Bonded bases — no slab machining
When you don't want to drill: a threaded base is glued to the slab and, once cured, the sink or another element is mounted. Good for hard and valuable materials such as sintered stone and engineered stone.

FKF11.8.GM
For thin slabs: limits the hole depth and prevents drilling through. In thicker slabs a standard bit is enough.

GO-NOGO.PM · IMPU-KF-M6.P1
The GO/NO GO gauge quickly confirms the hole diameter, and the setting punch presses the insert flush with the surface, without tilting or damage.
Ask about the tools →Average force needed to pull the insert out of the slab. Values come from laboratory tests and are not repeatable 1:1 — before a project we recommend a test on the specific material. We can run that test together with you.
The system has worked for years on stone, ceramic and HPL façades. Any panel can be removed anywhere on the façade.

Drill holes with a Ø12 mm diamond bit, press in KLEIN FIX inserts and screw the sink on with a Kit Sink (bracket, washer, wing nut). The installation is ready immediately — no waiting for adhesive to cure.
Marble, granite, quartz engineered stone, sintered stone, ceramics, cotto, HPL laminates and solid surface — from 7 mm slab thickness (version with head) and from 8 mm (version without head).
A standard Ø12 mm diamond bit suited to the material, on a pillar drill with speed control and water cooling. For thin slabs there is the FKF11.8.GM bit with a depth stop.
Depending on the version and the material, on average from approx. 80 kg to approx. 590 kg pull-out force in laboratory tests. We recommend a test on the specific material — we can run it together with you.
Yes — the system was created precisely for ventilated stone façades and has worked for years on buildings in Switzerland and Italy. It allows any panel to be removed anywhere on the façade.
StoneZone is the exclusive distributor of ITAFIX and KLEIN FIX in Poland. We will select the insert for the material and slab thickness and bring samples for a test.
KLEIN FIX is the original system patented by Tiziano Klein. It was first used in 1988 on the Swiss Post building with a ventilated natural stone façade. The system allowed any panel to be removed anywhere on the façade — and it is still chosen for new projects today.
ITAFIX of Turin was born from the cooperation between the inventor and a practitioner with over 20 years of experience in fixing systems. It focuses on continuous development, project-specific solutions and high-quality materials. KLEIN FIX is listed in the Italian standard UNI 11018.

Tell us the material, the thickness and what needs to be screwed on. We will select the insert and the drill bit, and bring samples for a test at your workshop.
