For sintered stone, ceramics and quartzite
A reinforced core and patented technology that reduces friction. Together they let the blade run at a higher feed rate and cut more metres than typical blades for sintered stone.
For sintered stone and ceramics in series production
The thin core offers less resistance, so the blade runs at a high feed rate in sintered materials such as DEKTON, Laminam and Neolith without chipping the edges.
For natural quartzite
Designed for cutting quartzite, one of the hardest and most abrasive stones. It needs no dressing before the first cut, and the segments keep cutting at full performance for a long time.
For granite and quartz composites
ARIX technology arranges the diamonds in the segment so that they stay evenly exposed throughout the blade's life. The blade cuts just as well from the first metre to the last.
For marble, limestone and travertine
A bond designed for soft stone allows fast cutting without chipping the edges. The slab needs no manual touch-ups, and the risk of cracking is lower.
Pad for edge polishing on an edge polishing machine
The eccentric motion leaves no scratches, so the edge has an even shine on every material. Polishing takes less time and costs less.

THE KINGARIX technology arranges the diamond grains in the segment so that they protrude evenly throughout the blade's life. As a result, the blade cuts just as well from the first metre to the last.
V-ARRAYA narrower kerf means less resistance and less material turned into sludge. In sintered stone this gives faster cutting and a clean, chip-free edge.
HERCULESThe FLASH pad works with an eccentric motion, so it leaves no scratches. The edge has an even shine on every material.
FLASHThe blades marketed today for 20 mm DEKTON cut at a feed rate of 0.7–1.0 m/min. THE KING cuts at 2.5 m/min. You can also slow down to 2.0 m/min: you still cut almost three times faster, and one blade lasts half as long again.

Europe VDS Diamond Solutions is based in A Coruña, in north-western Spain. The team is made up of stone industry practitioners, so every blade is designed for a specific material rather than as a general-purpose compromise.
Production and quality control take place in the company's own plant. The company sells blades in Spain and Portugal and exports them to other European countries. In Poland they are available exclusively through StoneZone.
